Frasers Hospitality has been conferred the title of World’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand, the highest accolade in the global travel and tourism industry, for the second time at the 21st World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala Ceremony held in Anguilla.

The highest distinction in the international travel and tourism industry, this World Travel Award title is the culmination of a year-long search for the best in travel and tourism the world over.

This is the second time that Frasers Hospitality has been awarded the title, having been chosen as the first ever recipient when the World Travel Awards was extended to include the serviced apartment sector in 2012.

Renowned worldwide as the ultimate hallmark of quality, the World Travel Awards recognises innovative achievements and continual ground breaking standards for excellence in the travel industry.

Winners were selected from votes cast by more than 625,000 travel professionals and general public worldwide.

Choe Peng Sum, chief executive, Frasers Hospitality, said: “This penultimate award is really the icing on the cake for Frasers Hospitality.

“This is a great validation of our brands and we are committed to continue delivering excellence, not resting on our laurels.

“We are grateful for the support of our guests, our partners and for the shared vision of our hardworking team of our 4,000 odd staff across London, Paris, Dubai, New Delhi, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney, without whom this would not have been possible.”

Bringing the total number of accolades garnered by Frasers Hospitality this year to 60, the World’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand caps off a year of multiple wins, where it bagged a total of 23 World Travel Award titles locally, regionally and globally across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

Frasers Hospitality’s global portfolio, including those in the pipeline, stands at 92 properties in 49 key gateway cities, and more than 16,000 apartments worldwide.
