Situated in the heart of Glasgow, award winning Fraser Suites Glasgow has unveiled the penultimate phase of its transformational seven figure refurbishment programme.

Working with Maxwell Green Design and Baxter Studio Architects, the award winning serviced apartments has already transformed 77 of its 98 suites and apartments into a luxury home from home experience, alongside the breakfast suite and brand new state of the art meeting room for business guests to use.

The final phase of the makeover is set to focus on the reception area and final 21 suites.

The refurbishment is scheduled for completion by the end of March 2013 and will see all suites and public areas within the collection of contemporary serviced apartments upgraded to offer luxury surroundings and state-of-the-art appliances. Guests will benefit from Duravit bathrooms, free WiFi and iPod docking stations as well as bespoke kitchenettes by TMS Direct.

“Throughout the design process, we have meticulously planned relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy whilst remaining sympathetic to our historic listed building. 

“To offer our guests the very best experience, everything has been thought of from the number of electrical devices today’s corporate guests require, to iceboxes in every integrated fridge for maximum convenience, and atmospheric lighting to suit all tastes.”

Set within a beautifully renovated 1850s building that was once the city bank, Fraser Suites Glasgow has combined the building’s heritage with the latest in modern comfort.

Working with Maxwell Green Design and Baxter Studio Architects the award winning serviced apartments has seen its accommodation transformed.

With every room enjoying its own unique contemporary charm, on completion guests may choose to stay within the Ingram Suite or Glassford Suite on the executive fourth floor.

All 19 fourth floor suites are named after notable Glaswegian merchants celebrating the building’s Merchant City location. Both Ingram Suite and Glassford Suite offer impressive views over the Glasgow’s urban cityscape.
