Celebrating its 25th anniversary next month, EIBTM 2012 will also mark the occasion of its 6th CEO Summit with a record number of 70 C-level executives from 20 countries coming together to focus on the theme - Global Events.
“Service Champions” is Germany’s largest customer satisfaction index, based on close to a million customer evaluations of more than a thousand companies in about 100 industries. The rankings are created jointly by the ServiceValue market research company, Goethe University in Frankfurt, and the daily newspaper Die Welt.
This accolade as a “Service Champion” is a great success for Frankfurt Airport – while providing an incentive for it to try even harder. Two years ago, the airport launched its “Great to have you here!” service program, which has introduced a host of improvements to make it faster, more convenient, and more comfortable for passengers to depart and transfer there.
