Four Seasons Resorts Lanai introduce Cocktails for a Cause

‘Tis the season of giving on Lana’i, one sip at a time. In this spirit, Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i have introduced the Tree-tini and the Ultimate Gin & Tonic, which give back to the land and award guests something sweet to savour. The equally distinct cocktails support sustainability with each sip.

Lana’i’s natural and diverse landscape of pristine white-sand beaches and verdant upcountry of towering Cook Island pine trees was the inspiration for the organic cocktails. The Tree-tini, made with VeeV Acai Spirit, lime sour, fresh mint and blueberries, embodies the natural essence of Lana’i. In honour of the Tree-tini, the Resorts have partnered with the Lana’i Native Species Recovery Program to plant native seedlings along the Koloiki Ridgeline. The initiative, part of the Resorts’ Ho`okipa cultural series, helps restore and perpetuate the growth of native trees on the island and support Four Seasons ongoing global commitment in support of a sustainable tomorrow.

To compliment the Tree-tini, Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay has introduced the exclusive Ultimate Gin & Tonic, which emphasises the concept of farm-to-table. Unlike other G & Ts that use pre-made tonic water, the Ultimate Gin & Tonic is created daily by Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber. The cocktail is made with Tanqueray and Chef’s secret recipe, which includes fresh botanicals found on Lana’i and authentic cinchona bark powder.

Now guests can raise a glass to making a positive impact in paradise and to Lana’i’s pristine, natural and unspoiled beauty. Drinking responsibly on Lana’i has a whole new meaning. Cheers!
