Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is pleased to introduce a new Monday Night Chef Series in the Fountain Restaurant. To be held every other Monday, these special three-course dinners will feature menus created by the various chefs in the kitchen.
Each dinner will be centred around a special theme and will include home-style recipes of the different chefs. The series kicked off on June 6 at 7:00 pm with a Thai dinner prepared by cooks Sukyana and Suda, both natives of Thailand. Additional planned dinners in the Monday Night Chef Series include:
Monday, June 20: Local and sustainable products, including herbs and vegetables from the Hotel’s rooftop garden, prepared by Chef Joe Drago
Monday, July 11: French-inspired in honour of Bastille Day, prepared by Chef Joe Drago
Monday, July 25: Steakhouse à la Fountain, prepared by Sous Chef Joe Liberatore
The series will resume on Monday, September 12 featuring a special guest chef. Additional dinners are planned for September 26, October 10 and 24, November 14 and December 5 and 19.
