Four Seasons celebrates National French Fries Day and Bastille Day

deca BAR will celebrate National French Fries Day on July 13 and Bastille Day on July 14 by offering complimentary french fries on both days with the purchase of a cocktail.

Executive Chef Mark Payne presents a creative twist on everyone’s favourite side with hand-cut Ohio potatoes fried in duck fat and seasoned with smoked black pepper and parmigiano reggiano, served with buttermilk dressing. The fries can also be enjoyed with house-made ketchup made with Green City Market tomatoes or homemade barbecue sauce, and are the perfect pairing with summer cocktails such as the Pear Necessity, Bees Knees and the Michigan Breeze.
