Four Seasons Baltimore serves up cooking classes with Chef Oliver Beckert

Improve culinary technique, become immersed in another culture and impress friends and family this holiday season with Executive Chef Oliver Beckert’s Cooking Classes at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.

More than just a cooking class, these interactive experiences will provide guests the opportunity to learn new techniques and recipes while enjoying the fruits of their labour over an afternoon of delicious food, perfectly paired drinks and animated discussion around cooking.

Drawing on his German heritage and decades of experience with Four Seasons hotels and resorts around the world, each three hour class will feature Chef Oliver demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques and at-home entertaining tips along with a sampling of the featured food and drink pairings. With three distinct classes to choose from, guests can really expand their culinary repertoire, from perfecting grilling techniques in time for tailgating season and learning how to create authentic German recipes in honour of Oktoberfest, to mastering the art of roasting a turkey and preparing other holiday classics friends and family will be most thankful for come November. The classes are a great opportunity to learn more about cooking, connect with fellow gourmands, or even purchase as a gift for a foodie friend.

Graduates of Chef’s culinary classes will receive a specially embroidered Four Seasons “Today I am the Chef!” apron and recipe booklet to take home.
