Four Seasons Hotel Amman Expands Team Under New Director of Food & Beverage. Appointment of new Food & Beverage Director and Pastry Chef set to boost Hotel’s already formidable reputation in Amman’s dining scene.

Four Seasons Hotel Amman announces the appointment of Khaled Bseiso to the position of Director of Food & Beverage at the Hotel in the Jordanian capital, in addition to welcoming new Pastry Chef Anas Qsairi. The expansion of the F&B team under Bseiso’s capable guidance is set to further boost the Hotel’s well-deserved reputation as an unparalleled dining destination in Amman.

Bseiso has been a part of the family at Four Seasons for many years, having joined Four Seasons Hotel Amman in 2002 as restaurant manager. He then moved to the position of manager of specialised restaurants at the Hotel, before being appointed to the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In 2007, he moved to Cairo as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, then to Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at First Residence before returning to the Amman property in the same capacity in 2010.

Born in Kuwait in 1977, Bseiso holds a High Diploma in Food and Beverage Management from the American Academy for Hotel Management and a certificate in Hospitality Supervision from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in Amman, finishing the course with honours.

Commenting on the appointment, Livio Faverio, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Amman, said, “Khaled has played a big role in shaping the dynamics of our Hotel’s F&B team and we are excited to have him take the reins in leading the operations of this department. The fact that he has been a part of the team for many years in positions of increasing responsibility makes him extremely familiar with the complexities of our F&B operation and this puts him in a strong position to continue to run it very successfully.”

In line with its reputation for attracting top-of-line talent, Four Seasons Hotel Amman is also pleased to welcome Chef Anas Qsairi to the position of Pastry Chef. The 34-year-old chef is the first Jordanian chef to lead a Four Seasons pastry kitchen. Chef Anas brings many years experience in the precise art of pastry and dessert creation, having launched his career more than seventeen years ago. In 1999 he joined the Amman Marriot Hotel as assistant pastry and dessert chef before moving to Sweet Dreams Shop in the United States in 2004. In 2008, he joined Four Seasons Hotel Amman as Pastry Sous Chef.

Bseiso added, “Chef Anas’ enthusiasm and proficiency in the dessert kitchen has made him one of the most sought after pastry chefs in the city. We were very pleased he accepted the challenge of leading our pastry team.”
