Flybe’s brand new Edinburgh to Knock service takes off

Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline and the UK’s Number One Domestic carrier, today begins operating its brand new route between Edinburgh and Knock in the West of Ireland.  A popular addition to its growing programme out of Edinburgh International airport, flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and five times a week in July and August with the addition of Fridays and Mondays due to seasonal demand.

The new service not only opens up Western Ireland’s spectacular scenery and rich history to Scottish travellers for the first time, but also provides direct access to the world-famed Knock Shrine, an international place of pilgrimage and prayer for worshippers, where over one and a half million pilgrims set out for every year.

The launch further reinforces Flybe’s commitment to bringing convenient, affordable travel to Scotland. Flights are available for booking now at www.flybe.com with fares from just £29.99 one way, including taxes and charges.
