Flybe launches two new routes from Southampton

Flybe is launching two new French routes from Southampton this summer.

From July 3 to September 25 it will fly three times a week to Biarritz.

It will also fly three times a week to Toulon Hyeres from July 2 to September 12.

In addition, flights to Bastia on the French island of Corsica will return for the peak summer travel on Sundays from May 22 to September 18.

This latest news follows Flybe announcing last week the return of its popular sun routes from Southampton to Alicante, Malaga, Palma Mallorca and Faro as well as added frequency on a number of services, including those on many of its French regional services.

Southampton Airport MD, Dave Lees, comments:  “The summer season is always a fantastic time for us and it is excellent news that Flybe will be offering two brand new routes to Toulon and Biarritz in France for the summer as well as bringing back flights to Bastia and the popular sun routes to Alicante, Malaga, Palma and Faro. Whether people are looking for a city break, stag or hen weekend, family resort or beach holiday, they can reach it all from their local airport.”

Flybe 2016 Summer schedule from Southampton now offers a total of 28 routes offering passengers a choice of up to 329 flights a week to an extensive range of attractive destinations.
