Flybe is delighted to advise its passengers that, following the last two days of flight disruption c

Flybe is delighted to advise its passengers that, following the last two days of flight disruption caused by the ongoing volcanic ash situation, all Flybe flights are operating as normal today.

Passengers whose flight was cancelled over the past couple of days due to the volcanic ash cloud disrupting services may:

  1. Rebook free of charge for travel on the same route within 28 days subject to availability
  2. Rebook for travel at any time for no charge subject to availability
  3. Request a full refund. Please e-mail details, including booking reference, direct to [email protected]

In addition, passengers who were due to fly on Wednesday May 5th to or from Belfast City, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Isle of Man and who did not wish to travel may make a change to travel within the next 7 days on the same route free of charge.

Passengers can call the Flybe Customer Call Centre on 0871 700 2000 or, if calling from outside the UK 00 44 1392 268500.

Travel agents may request refunds via their BSP link for any flights cancelled in order to minimise delays.

Re-booking and refunds

If your flight has been cancelled during the recent period of flight disruption due to volcanic ash, you can:

a)  Rebook free of charge for travel within the next 28 days subject to space being available on the aircraft.
b)  Rebook for travel at any time for no charge provided that your original fare is available.
