Flybe celebrates first flight to Hannover from Newcastle, UK

Flybe, the UK’s number one domestic airline, today marked the inaugural flight of its new Newcastle to Hannover service with a specially German-themed event featuring traditional costumes and authentic German apple cake cuisine that was served to passengers on the debut flight.

The launch of Flybe’s brand new service will see flights operating three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through until the 29th October. This new route is the first ever scheduled flight offered between Newcastle and Hannover and highlights Flybe’s ongoing commitment to bringing affordable travel to UK regions as well as increasing its presence at Newcastle Airport.

In addition to this first ever scheduled route between Newcastle and Hannover, Flybe offers Newcastle passengers an extensive choice of summer destinations including a new route to Guernsey and other services to Southampton, Belfast City, Cardiff, Exeter, Jersey and London Gatwick.
