First DoubleTree by Hilton in Mexico welcomes guests

The DoubleTree By Hilton Querétaro, which will be operated under a management agreement with Hilton Worldwide, is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Querétaro Convention Center and the world-renowned La Correigidora football stadium. The Industrial Park El Marquez, Industrial Park Bernardo Quintana, Downtown and Cerro de las Campanas are all within a 10-minute drive.

Rob Palleschi, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton, said, “DoubleTree by Hilton is excited to introduce the first of many exciting new hotel offerings our brand will be opening in Mexico and across Latin America during the next several months. We look forward to welcoming the world’s travelers to upcoming DoubleTree by Hilton locations in Panama City, Saltillo, Merida and Mexico City, along with outstanding locations now open in Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Peru, where guests can discover and enjoy our world-renowned DoubleTree by Hilton hospitality.”

DoubleTree by Hilton Querétaro guests will benefit from the characteristic qualities found at the brand’s more than 250 DoubleTree by Hilton locations around the world, including the warm welcome of the brand’s legendary chocolate chip cookie presented to every guest at check-in; an array of upscale amenities and guest services; the rewards of the Hilton HHonors guest loyalty program; and a unique and caring team member commitment to the local community.

“We are thrilled to welcome the opening of our first Mexican Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Querétaro. This latest opening further reinforces Hilton Worldwide’s commitment to grow throughout Mexico and the rest of Latin America with a diverse and outstanding portfolio of hospitality brands that includes DoubleTree by Hilton,” commented Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Latin America, Mexico & the Caribbean, Hilton Worldwide. “The DoubleTree by Hilton Querétaro will acquaint travelers with the diversity that makes this destination such a great place to visit for business or pleasure.”

Despite its small size, the State of Querétaro offers many interesting cultural and natural attractions, thanks to its diverse geography and to its crucial role in Mexican history. Three UNESCO World Heritage Sites, a Pueblo Mágico (Bernal), the first vineyards in America at Tequisquiapan, as well as beautiful haciendas and lush natural scenery are only part of what visitors may enjoy when staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Querétaro.
