Perfect for a girlie weekend, you arrive on Saturday and start with coffee, muffins and a two hour workshop in which you create your own body oil under expert guidance.  Relaxed and fun, you’ll learn which essential oils calm or energise, decide which fragrances you really love and learn how to blend then into a gorgeous body oil just for you.  Choose from Rose, Geranium, Sandalwood, Lavender or a host of other delicious organic oils to enhance your personal blend.  Once your creative juices are flowing and your essence is complete, it is decanted into a beautiful blue glass bottle to preserve its potency and for you to take away and keep.

After lunch, you can relax and enjoy the serene Chakra Spa facilities including pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym before feeling the effects of all your efforts with a full body massage where your personalized blend is put into action, making it the most bespoke massage you’ll ever have enjoyed.

Supper is in either the award-winning Anise restaurant where chef’s delicious 3-course supper is a welcome end to a perfect day or the more relaxed Bay Tree restaurant, perfect for grops – it’s tough being a creative genius!
