FCm Travel Solutions’ focus on its next generation of technology continues with the appointment of Matthew Campbell in the newly established role of network systems manager.
Campbell brings extensive business travel industry experience to FCm’s global technology team having spent the past eight years working for parent company Flight Centre’s corporate travel divisions in frontline travel management, systems and team leadership.
Since 2010 he has held the post of general manager corporate traveller for the New South Wales/Canberra region.
Before then he was area leader for FCm Travel Solutions in the same region for two years.
He has also held account manager positions for both TMC brands.
Based in Sydney, Campbell will be responsible for ensuring consistency across FCm’s global technology systems to improve overall customer experience.
He will work closely with different stakeholders across FCm’s equity and licensee network to further streamline and enhance existing technology systems.
“In order for us to capitalise on our vast partner and customer network, we need to continue developing the technology framework and systems that support our client, company and supplier relationships,” Campbell said.
“After working with clients and suppliers in this industry for many years, I have a good understanding of what our business needs to be focusing on in the future to enhance our current systems and generate new systems to ensure we’re at the forefront of business travel management.
