The Fairmont Palm Jumeirah is set to open along Dubai’s Jumeirah coastline in 2012.

Currently in development, the 400-room project will be situated on the prime southwest side of the ‘Trunk’ portion and will stretch over 460 meters of beachfront.

In close proximity to the island’s core features, the five star property will feature extensive 36,500sq ft indoor and outdoor meeting space, outdoor leisure activities including a pool complex, beach clubs and children’s activity centre. There will also be as a variety of dining facilities and Willow Stream spa.
