Curbside “No Fuss” Check-Ins

For the Hotel’s repeat guests, no more lining up and waiting in line to check-in. Repeat guests can opt in for the Hotel’s curbside Express Check-in so that they can literally move on to their day’s appointments within minutes of their arrival at the Hotel.

15- Minute Room Service

Guests can sleep in and have a speedy breakfast before a morning meeting, or business travellers on the go can have a quick meal after check-in. Scrumptious choices include a Breakfast Tray (bread and pastry basket, preserves, coffee or tea and a choice of juice); Parma ham and Swiss cheese panini; a smoked salmon platter; pasta marinara; or wok-fried bee hoon. Available daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Couples Floor

Available from December 20, 2011 with a premium surcharge, Best Available room rates per room per night, this exclusive 11th floor is an adults only space specifically designed for couples who need to get away or reconnect and revive their romance. Special touches include fruit and chocolates at the elevator landing and hallway lighting that changes three times a day to create a cosy atmosphere. All rooms contain special romantic touches such as sensual massage oils, throw pillows, free-flow candy jars,and a “Love Box” of poetry. In the bathroom, dimmer mood lighting and L’Occitane bath amenities heighten the romance. In addition, couples can enjoy the “Indulgence Till Noon” service. No housekeeping doorbell until 12:01 pm means couples enjoy uninterrupted time together until noon. Couples can also choose “add on” romantic experiences such as a Butler Drawn Bath, a Bloody Mary Cocktail Bar in bed or the Sunrise Breakfast package with a couple’s tennis or yoga session, followed by in-room breakfast or brunch.
