The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta has recently added the Magnolia Massage to its extensive list of relaxing options. A unique massage created by using ingredients associated with Georgia’s popular Magnolia tree, the treatment promises to result in an overall body experience that relieves the body of tight muscles and releases tension.

The massage boasts completely natural and chemical-free botanicals and oils that promise anti-aging results. Tropical magnolia, also called champaca, is beautifully captured in the oils used during the massage. They work holistically to simultaneously nurture the skin and stimulate the cells. The natural products and combination of Eastern and Western massage techniques will leave even the most wearied guest feeling aglow and refreshed.

The Magnolia Massage begins with a mother of pearl foot scrub that relieves pressure in the feet. It then graduates to a facial and foot acupressure massage using warm compresses. Thai-style stretching elongates and warms the major muscle groups. The experience is capped off by a full-body Swedish massage that leaves the body not only relaxed, but also realigned.
