Executive Chef Colin Stevens At Hilton Dalaman Resort & Spa

Executive Chef Colin Stevens will be the visiting chef at Hilton Dalaman Resort & Spa.

He will be at the main restaurant Sarigerme with Far East Concept on 17th of June and Texas-Mexica Concept on 24th of June.

Stevens has helped garner such awards as: “Thailand Tattler’s”, “Best Restaurant Award” of 2005 and 2006, “Metro High Five”, “Best Vegetarian Restaurant” of 2005, and the third place award of “Phuket Hotelex Culinary Competition” in “Seafood Fusion”.
