Taiwan’s leading airline carrier, EVA Air, has appointed Hume Whitehead as its public relations agency for the UK and Ireland markets, effective from October 1st 2012, following a competitive pitch.

Renowned for its innovation, attention to detail, excellent levels of service and high safety policies, the carrier has tasked Hume Whitehead with increasing the awareness of its superb product and increasing traffic from the UK and Ireland markets.

The Hume Whitehead account team will be headed by director Richard Hume, with day-to-day PR activity supported by account manager, Vikki Moody.

The win boosts the agency’s impressive travel and tourism portfolio which currently features a broad range of domestic and international tourism clients including tourist boards, tour operators and hotels.
