Dedicated fast-track business desks operate at an unrivalled 34 UK airport locations, including 24-hours-a-day opening at Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick and Luton airports.
Plus Europcar’s Heathrow ‘Fasttrack’ service, launched in 2014, is focusing on the needs of business travellers using the UK’s busiest airport.
Corporate customers who have pre-booked their reservations are put onto the ‘Fasttrack’ system which means, on arrival at the Heathrow location, dedicated screens advise them where they need to go/where their vehicle is parked.
Using Europcar’s market leading ‘Choice’ facility, the driver can go directly to the correct zone of the Europcar car park to select the vehicle of their choice, by-passing the rental desk completely and ensuring they can get on their way as quickly as possible.
Heathrow Arrive & Drive further enhances the rental experience for business travellers, enabling customers to benefit from a superfast turnaround by collecting or dropping off their car from right outside Terminals 1 and 5 at Heathrow.
“Helping travellers stay connected whilst on the move, we added 4G mobile Wi-Fi hotspots available for purchase from our major airport locations during 2014,” explained Ken McCall, UK manager for Europcar.
