The new Privilege program gives access to free weekend rewards as of the third leisure rental, money off coupon vouchers as of the second leisure rental and a whole new range of additional benefits including car category upgrades and access to Europcar’s fast-track ReadyService.
Europcar’s Privilege introduces also a new top Tier level to reward the most loyal customers: the black card Privilege Elite VIP Tier, giving access to Priority Pass airport lounges worldwide and many other exclusive benefits.
These new features and benefits will be supported by a customised relationship plan to update members during all steps of their status in the programme and suggest targeted Europcar offers adapted to their mobility needs, as well as dedicated Europcar partner offers.
Customers can register directly online on the dedicated Privilege websites, europcar.com/privilege but also directly at Europcar locations in Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, New-Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the United-Kingdom.
