This new dedicated agent portal extends Etihad’s outstanding record in customer service to agents all around the globe.
It is full of useful information from an interactive online check-in, chauffeur booking and route details to policy, procedures and a flight-status checker.
To celebrate this launch Etihad is offering agents the opportunity to experience the same luxury as its top VIP clients.
