ebookers.com, one of Europe’s leading online travel agents, has launched a new initiative to re-assure its customers in the wake of the recent volcanic ash cloud travel disruption – the ebookers.com ‘100% Package Protection’.
The ‘100% Package Protection’ initiative covers any package (flight and hotel or flight, hotel and car) bookings made with ebookers.com and cancelled in advance of the departure date as a result of an ash cloud crisis. These bookings will all be refunded in full. To date, 100% of the company’s customers that have had a package booking cancelled as a result of the recent ash cloud have received a full refund.
