ebookers launches Customer Value Proposition - “Book Easy, Travel Happy”

ebookers.com, one of Europe’s leading online travel agents, has today announced the simultaneous launch of its Customer Value Proposition (CVP) on all twelve of its European websites. Running with the strap line, “Book Easy, Travel Happy”, the Customer Value Proposition highlights the top five benefits of booking with ebookers. These include:

1.    The ease of making secure travel bookings on ebookers.com
2.    The breadth, quality and competitiveness of hotels
3.    The wide range of excellent travel deals offered with no hidden fees
4.    The ability for customers to save money by booking flights and hotels together
5.    The high level of transparency, flexibility and safety afforded to customers before, during and after their trip

ebookers has developed the ‘five stars’ creative concept as a vehicle to communicate the Customer Value Proposition. Its launch will be supported with an integrated online campaign on all of its websites.

Tamer Tamar, President of ebookers, comments: “Following some great strides we have made in recent months regarding our company re-organisation and the subsequent growth, I am delighted to launch our integrated CVP. We are aware that consumers value simplicity, transparency and flexibility along with great deals and choice, and we believe ebookers meets these needs to keep customers happy before, during and after their trips.”

“The new proposition takes all of the great features of booking with ebookers, and boils them down to a simple set of tangible benefits for our customers. Furthermore, our CVP is consistent across all of our twelve European websites, so wherever customers are based, they can always “Book Easy” and “Travel Happy” with ebookers.

ebookers will be conducting further consumer research to assess how well the CVP is received by consumers. Tamer Tamar added: “We are confident that consumers will be pleased with our new CVP and that the feedback will be positive. However, we are also acutely aware that we need to continually listen to and learn from what our customers have to say to ensure we can exceed their needs, and make sure they “Book Easy” and “Travel Happy”.
