Easier access to Rotana inventory through Amadeus

Amadeus, a leading travel technology partner and transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry, today announced that Rotana, one of the leading hotel chains comprising of 70 hotels and resorts across the Middle East and Africa, are the first MENA hotel organisation to launch a new chain code, ‘RO’, on Amadeus.

With this new introduction, Amadeus travel agents will have immediate and convenient access to Rotana’s regional inventory of 4 and 5 star luxurious accommodations that are ideal for business or leisure across the region. To mark this occasion, Rotana has also launched a special promotion 15% commission on Best Available Rate (BAR) that offers travel agencies higher commissions for bookings during the period of 1st June to 31st August 2011.
