Dusit Fudu Hotels & Resorts announces the signing of an agreement with Huaning Grant Tourism Development to manage a deluxe Dusit Thani Resort as well as a Dusit Residence in Fuxian Lake, Yunnan, comprising 680 guestrooms and apartments in total.

Located by the scenic Fuxian Lake, the third deepest freshwater lake in China, the properties are approximately 90 minutes from Kunming International Airport and 45 minutes from the central business district of Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province in Southwest China.

Schedule to open in 2017, the Dusit Thani resort and Dusit Residence Fuxian Lake, Yunnan boast spacious guestrooms and serviced apartments respectively.

The award winning Devarana Spa, with its Thai-inspired and luxuriously designed treatment rooms, will provide guests with a full range of lifestyle and wellness programs, including spa treatments, residential workshops, fitness programs with personal instructors and expert consultations.

Meeting facilities comprise a pillar-less ballroom and 5 meeting rooms. Extensive outdoor space by the lake is ideal for team building activities, weddings and social events.

Dining options include Dusit’s signature Thai restaurant, a hot stone BBQ, Western and exquisite Chinese cuisine.
