Dukes London unveils Pommery partnership ahead of festive season

Dukes London has announced a brand-new partnership with heritage Champagne brand, Pommery.

Guests of this five-star hotel can now savour exquisite selections from the luxury drinks brand in the chic surroundings of GBR, Mayfair’s go-to restaurant which opened in May, as well as in more familiar spaces such as the Dukes Bar, the Drawing Room, or as part of room service.

To celebrate this new collaboration, GBR is launching a series of Pommery Experiences, beginning with a brand-new Christmas-themed Pommery cocktail, the Christmas Cranberry Cocktail, designed by the GBR bar team to add some sparkle and glamour to any occasion this festive season.

Dukes’ new partnership with Pommery at GBR, combined with the hotel’s unrivalled location in the heart of St James’s, just moments from Piccadilly Circus and the West End, makes this all-day dining venue the ideal spot to relax after a day’s Christmas shopping.

Alternatively, those simply wanting to catch up with family and friends can spoil them with an indulgent Champagne Afternoon Tea, while theatre goers can fill up on a pre- or post-performance lunch or dinner, without worrying about missing the show.

The move to pair with Pommery comes at a time when Dukes London is currently making significant changes to its public areas and bedrooms as part of a multi-million-pound refurbishment programme.

The final changes to the hotel, which will be completed by spring 2018, will tie in with Dukes’ 110th anniversary.

Of this new partnership, Debrah Dhugga, managing director of Dukes Collection, said: “Here at Dukes we are thrilled to be working with a Grande Marque Champagne brand such as Pommery, which reflects the five-star quality of Dukes.

“To show our excitement we have launched a fabulous new Champagne cocktail named the Christmas Cranberry Cocktail, which can be enjoyed in our beautiful new dining space, GBR.”
