Dolphin Dynamics has continued its international expansion with a leading Danish independent tour operator becoming the latest tailor-made specialist to deploy its tour operator selling and management solution.
Copenhagen-based Profil Rejser is a long established and highly respected independent tour operator having won the Danish Travel Award for the best worldwide tour operator on seven occasions. The software roll-out was completed in early December and has provided 45 Profil Rejser staff with a complete front and back-office solution comprising Dolphin’s reservation, product database and booking management modules.
Through Dolphin’s reservation module, Profil Rejser has direct XML access to their key air and ground suppliers, as well as their own directly negotiated products, via a single platform. Providing end-to-end automation from quote to confirmation to booking and fulfilment for its direct customers and subagents. The implementation also involved software development to localise Dolphin functionality and introduce new features meeting Profil Rejser’s specific business needs.
