InterContinental Hotels Group has welcomed the opening of Crowne Plaza Paris – Neuilly.
Located in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Neuilly, close to the American Hospital of Paris, the 281-guest room hotel is ideal for business travellers as it is close to La Défense, the city’s major business district.
The closest Metro station is within a ten-minute walking distance, making it also ideal for leisure guests wishing to visit iconic tourist attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elyssees which are just three Metro stops away.
The hotel features a wide range of meeting and events facilities, including 20 flexible function rooms and one divisible ballroom which can accommodate up to 400 people.
Mike Greenup, vice president brand management, for Crowne Plaza, said: “We are really excited to open Crowne Plaza Paris – Neuilly, in what is the conference hub of Paris.
“Offering the perfect environment for both business and leisure guests, it’s great to be expanding our Crowne Plaza Portfolio in such a key city.”
In addition, the hotel offers a bar, brasserie and garden courtyard with outdoor seating in the summer, along with The Market café - a small refrigerated kiosk close to the lobby.
Urs Gassmann, chief executive, Global Hotels & Resorts, added: “We are elated to be continuing our relationship with IHG by giving them our fully refurbished hotel in Paris Neuilly to operate as a Crowne Plaza.
“We have had several successes with them in the past in rebranding our hotels in Lisbon and Porto as InterContinental Lisbon and Crowne Plaza Porto respectively and we are looking forward to working with them further in the future.”
