Crew member killed in Harmony of the Seas accident

A member of the Harmony of the Seas crew has been killed on board the vessel during a lifeboat drill.

The accident happened while the world’s largest cruise ship was docked at the port of Marseille, France.

Four other crew members received medical treatment in the same incident.

A statement from ship owner Royal Caribbean said: “We are keeping our colleagues and their families in our thoughts and prayers.”

Harmony of the Seas sailed her maiden voyage on May 29th this year.
