Concur and hotel.info partner to provide direct connect to Worldwide Hotel Inventory

Concur, the world’s leading provider of on-demand Employee Spend Management services and hotel.info, the leading online hotel reservation service with more than 210,000 hotels worldwide, announced today a new agreement to integrate hotel content from hotel.info into Concur® Travel & Expense and Concur® Cliqbook Travel.

Under this new partnership, companies already using Concur’s solutions can now also benefit from the rich inventory of hotel.info properties directly in the booking tool. The hotel content and booking process is completely integrated within Concur’s corporate travel and expense management solutions, including daily hotel offers, so that travellers seeking a room can always be sure that they will find the best, daily updated rates. Customers can also store negotiated rates and travel policies to drive compliance and save money.

Barry Padgett, senior vice president and general manager of EMEA at Concur emphasised the expansion of the service offer brought by this new partnership. “Our customers will now benefit from a much larger hotel inventory. Because hotel.info has joined Concur® Connect, the global program that provides clients with access to content otherwise unavailable through traditional travel programs, it is now possible to book a portfolio of smaller hotels and hotel chains using our corporate travel booking system. We can now offer a higher variety of rates with increased transparency and more efficiency helping customers save money.”

“Thanks to the new agreement with Concur, we have successfully expanded our network of partnerships in the web-based area of business travel management systems. Even more corporate customers will benefit from our hotel offerings which are integrated into all standard internet booking engines. This means that we are well equipped to progress our international roll-out,” said Peter Hildebrand, Sales Manager at hotel.info.
