Centara Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Saranya Chensukitphanit as corporate director of training and talent development.

She is the latest addition to the executive team driving the company’s regional expansion.

Her experience will help Centara attract and develop talent, prepare them for growing responsibilities, and support the company’s high-performance service culture.

Chensukitphanit added: “I am delighted to become a part of Centara where I believe in its strong potential to grow and expand.

“I started this role with enthusiasm for making a positive change and with visions of learning design, development roadmap, career planning, and engagement.”

Before joining Centara, Chensukitphanit was human resources business partner at PepsiCo for the Asia Pacific Region.

Her previous experience included human resources management posts for Estee Lauder and the Dutch dairy giant Friesland Campina.
