Caribbean Airlines looks to bumper April trading

Caribbean Airlines will add thousands of additional seats to its inventory in April, as the carrier supports a host of international events.

In total 16,616 extra seats will be added, as the carrier seeks to meet demand created by the Easter weekend and the upcoming Tobago Jazz Festival.

In addition to the airline’s regular schedule, for the period April 08th until May 1st, an additional 536 seats will be added daily to the system, the airline confirmed.

In addition, 2,144 extra seats over the Easter weekend.

For the Tobago Jazz Festival, 1,608 additional seats will be added to increase airlift capacity on the air bridge for this high-demand event.

World Travel Awards

Based in Tunapuna-Piarco, Trinidad & Tobago, Caribbean Airlines is also celebrating a nomination as the Caribbean’s Leading Airline by the World Travel Awards.

The carrier took the title in 2010, and will be hoping to repeat the success at the Caribbean & The Americas World Travel Awards Gala Ceremony on May 11th.

The event will be held in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
