Henry Lane Fox, younger brother of Lastminute.com Chief Operating Officer and co- founder Martha Lane Fox, has quit the U.K. Internet seller of short-notice travel and entertainment to form his own business, the Financial Times said, citing Martha Lane Fox.
Henry Lane Fox, 25, Lastminute.com`s head of ideas, was influential in developing strategy at the Web site, the FT reported. ``He was incredibly valuable to us,`` Martha Lane Fox said. ``But I`m delighted he`s going off to set up his own business.``
Shares in Lastminute.com were unchanged at 82.5p ($1.18) at lunchtime in London.
