As expected, the acquisition of Flightbookers plc by ebookers.com has been completed, securing ebookers.com’s long-term access to negotiated airfares without reliance on third-party suppliers.
Flightbookers is one of the U.K’s largest independent travel agents, currently having a customer base of 220,000 people and offering over 1.2 million discounted airfares. Ebookers.com was originally the technology and travel spin-off from Flightbookers plc.
The owner of Flightbookers and also the chairman and chief executive of ebookers.com. is Dinesh Damija.
