e2e Golf’s ‘Direct Access’ Software Makes Tee Times Easy for Hotels And Resorts Nationwide

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—e2e Golf Solutions (“e2e Golf”), a leading provider of end-to-end software and Internet services
for the golf industry, today announced the release of Direct Access 3.1, an
upgrade of the company’s hotel and resort tee time software application that
allows reservation agents to book real-time tee times at e2e Golf’s network of
courses.

  Direct Access 3.1 was developed to speed up the reservation process and to
promote ease-of-use for hotel and resort reservation agents.  New features
include more flexible and accurate course search capabilities, improved
customer management features, reservation maintenance including automatic
advance booking, audit reports and new reporting features for maintaining
customized guest itineraries.

  “Resort Suites books over 40,000 rounds of golf per year,” said Rick

Access, our reservation agents can search for availability and book real-time
tee times at multiple golf courses, and then quickly and easily build complete
itineraries for our guests.  With the improved functionality in version 3.1,
the tee time reservation process is now more convenient than ever.”

  e2e Golf’s Direct Access software was first launched in 1997, to provide
resort and hotel properties with an electronic means of finding and booking
local tee times on behalf of their guests.  Direct Access is now in use at
dozens of hotels and resorts nationwide including the Canadian Princess,
Marriot Camelback, Mirage, Omni Rosen, Phoenician Resort, Pointe Hilton
Resorts and the Regent Las Vegas.
