Travelweb Offers Hotel Deals on Continental.com

today announced that its distribution network of more than 10,000 hotel properties is now available on Continental Airlineså’ Web site giving customers access to a vast inventory of discounted rooms from leading hotel brands.

Continental OnePass members who book “continental.com Hotel Specials” will receive an online booking bonus of 250 OnePass miles each time a reservation is made on continental.com
.  In addition, customers earn even more OnePass miles for stays at the airline’s partner hotel chains.  These special pre-paid rates are easily identified in the hotel reservations area of Continental Airlines’ Web site by a gold star. 

 

“Travelweb’s hotel distribution network gives our online customers seamless access to thousands of attractive hotel choices,” said Jim Compton, Continental Airlines’ senior vice president of marketing. “Customers booking hotel stays through us will only have to look one place to find all the best airfares and hotel room rates.”

Travelweb’s hotel distribution network will integrate with the Continental Airlines Web site and offer consumers preferential rates from the best hotel brands.  Consumers will be able to search for hotels based on location, date of travel, and availability.  In addition, because Travelweb connects through hotels’ central reservation systems, consumers who book with Continental Airlines will receive a reservation confirmation directly from their chosen hotel, eliminating reservation error at check-in.
