OAG, the source of flight schedule information, has launched a website.
OAGflights.com is a subscription service that enables users to look up flights schedules from 930 airlines worldwide including no-frills carriers. Subscribers can check departure and arrival times, flights durations, airport and terminal information, cabin class availability and information about connecting flights.
The service is likely to be popular with business travellers and travel managers because they can use it to monitor a flight`s status. This information can also be downloaded onto a PDA, so accessed on the move.
Annual subscription costs £99, but OAG is also looking into offering a three-month subscription. Potential users can also apply for a free one-month trial by visiting the website.
