Travelocity Adds Momentum With IndeCorp Agreement

Travelocity`s merchant hotel program has taken another leap forward with the addition of a host of highly regarded and distinctively luxurious independently owned and operated hotels.

Based on an agreement with Chicago-based IndeCorp, whose brands include Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Sterling Hotels & Resorts and Summit Hotels & Resorts, Travelocity shoppers can now find “Good Buy” rates from some of the most posh hotels and resorts spanning the globe including:

* The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, Colo.—Located at the foot of the Rockies, this is one of the few resorts in the country to have earned the Mobil Five Star and the AAA Five Diamond ratings every year since the awards were established.

* The Peabody Hotel Memphis, Tenn.; Orlando, Fla.; Little Rock, Ark. - Home to the famous Peabody Ducks, the original Peabody is located on the banks of the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis and has sister properties in Orlando and Little Rock.

* Historic Strasburg Inn, Strasburg, Pa. - Set amid the scenic splendor of Lancaster County`s Amish country, the stately Historic Strasburg Inn offers an inviting escape to colonial hospitality.

* The Colonnade Hotel, Boston - Nestled among Boston`s finest cultural venues and most exciting shops, The Colonnade is located in the heart of Boston`s historic Back Bay.

“We are confident that the hotels we represent will greatly benefit by participating in Travelocity`s merchant program,” said Michelle Woodley, vice president marketing & distribution services for IndeCorp. “We are excited to be on board.”

“Our merchant hotel program continues to build momentum,” said Ross Mantione, Travelocity`s vice president partner marketing alliances. “Bringing on board such an esteemed group represented by IndeCorp and its subsidiaries adds unique inventory that our customers are looking for.”
