TravelCLICK Interactive Combines With iHotelier

TravelCLICK Interactive L.L.C. announced
today
that it has combined with iHotelier, a leading supplier of Web site
reservations technology and marketing services to the hospitality
industry.

With this step, TravelCLICK Interactive can offer a full range of products and services to help hotel properties maximize net revenue through their
Web
sites.

Located in Houston, iHotelier launched its first hotel reservations system
in 1997.  Today, iHotelier provides reservations systems integrated with
an
online marketing system that can easily be customized for hotel clients.
iHotelier`s service is further enhanced by a number of ancillary
capabilities including e-marketing, Web design and hosting, and customized
application development.  Additionally, hotel clients benefit from
OneScreen, patent pending and guest-friendly technology for simplifying
the
online reservations process.

“TravelCLICK Interactive was formed at the beginning of 2003 to address
the
needs of hotels in formulating and executing Internet strategies that
drive
more business directly to their Web sites,” said Ray Cohen, president and
co-CEO of TravelCLICK.  “The response from the marketplace has been
tremendous.  Now, with iHotelier`s innovative technology and marketing
services added to the mix, TravelCLICK Interactive should be able to
greatly
accelerate the progress of its hotel clients in this vital area.”

“TravelCLICK Interactive is off to a fast start, working with over 300
hotels in three countries in just five months of operations,” said Richard
Chambers, president of TravelCLICK Interactive.  “iHotelier rounds out our
portfolio of services for helping hotels build direct business from the
Internet.  We can now offer a full service and tightly-integrated approach
for on-line hotel marketers: Web strategy development, Web site design,
search engine optimization, search marketing, e-mail campaigns, and an
advanced booking engine designed to more readily convert Web site lookers
into bookers.  When all these capabilities are carefully blended to
operate
in tandem, we believe the end result will be a maximum flow of
reservations
direct to the hotel.”
Chambers also noted that, while TravelCLICK Interactive considers
iHotelier`s OneScreen format to be the state-of-the-art Web site reservations system, the combined company will continue to work with all booking engine systems on a variety of projects.  “The iHotelier system
will not be the exclusive Web site reservation system for our hotel clients,” said Chambers.
