Air Lines and AT&T today announced a marketing agreement that allows members of Deltaå‘s SkyMiles frequent flyer program to earn 500 miles a month for unlimited Internet access with AT&T Worldnet Service.
This agreement builds on an arrangement announced last year in which new AT&T customers can earn up to 5,000 miles for selecting AT&T residential long distance or local service. In addition, AT&T customers can earn five SkyMiles for every dollar spent on qualifying AT&T residential services.
“Our `on-the-go` SkyMiles members can now stay connected via AT&T`s array of communications services including the Internet and local and long distance service,” said Christine Pierce, Delta’s director of Partnership Marketing. “AT&T Worldnet is a great way for members to access the Internet and email while earning thousands of SkyMiles toward award travel.”
“We’re delighted to expand AT&T’s relationship with Delta,” said Ray Solnik, vice president of data services, AT&T Consumer. “We’vDele enjoyed providing Delta SkyMiles members with high quality, reliable long distance and local services and now will extend that offer to include an award-winning, world-class Internet service, AT&T Worldnet Service.”
