Wayport Opens Laptop Lane at Philadelphia Airport

Wayport
has announced that it has opened its
16th Laptop Lane airport business center, at Philadelphia International
Airport (PHL).
 
The Laptop Lane airport business center “Powered by Wayport” will offer
travelers private offices with wired high-speed and dial-up Internet
connections for notebook computers; desktop computers with high-speed Internet
access and business software; phones with unlimited domestic long distance and
conference-calling capability; and printers, copiers and fax machines.  In
addition, travelers can ship packages and purchase accessories for notebook
computers, handheld devices and mobile phones, all with the help of
knowledgeable on-site staff.
 
“Laptop Lane provides the critical business services that travelers are
demanding today,” said Charles J. Isdell, director of aviation, Philadelphia
International Airport.  “We look forward to working with Wayport to offer our
passengers this great amenity.”
 
The Philadelphia Laptop Lane is located on the upper level between
Terminals A and B and opened May 8.
 
“Our Laptop Lane locations already serve nearly 1 million passengers each
year, and now these travelers can experience the same service in
Philadelphia,” said Greg Purcell, director of airport operations for Wayport.
“All the products and services at Laptop Lane should be a welcome relief to
today`s busy traveler trying to make the most out of their time at the
airport.”
