The agreement will allow agents connected to the 4oceans platform to gain
access for the first time to Leading Hotels` luxury hotels worldwide.
4oceans` subscribers will be able to see at-a-glance room availability,
proceed to securing guaranteed reservations and receive instant booking
confirmations in a real time, on-line environment directly from The Leading
Hotels of the World, Ltd. Central Reservations System.
In return, hoteliers will be able to market unsold space and send
information about promotional offers, rates and product information to the
Chinese market, via the 4oceans platform, which is the largest electronic
distribution channel in the country.
Despite current fears over the SARS virus, China remains one of the fastest
growing travel markets in the world. Recent figures show that in 2001 over
12 million passengers conducted outbound travel from the country and this is
expected to grow by around 30% per annum for the foreseeable future.

Recent deals with Pegasus and CCRA have further boosted the wide range of
hotels available on-line to 4oceans` growing number of subscribing agents in
China and the rest of the world.
