Leisureplanet signs top international hotel European hotel consortium with over 230 hotels

Leisureplanet today announced the signing of an agreement with TOP International Hotels, a leading European hotel consortium based in Düsseldorf, Germany. The full portfolio of the group will be distributed, representing an addition of a further 230 hotels to the enhanced listing on Leisureplanet’s Internet travel service.

Under the agreement, each of the unique 3 to 5 star privately owned hotels belonging to the consortium will be published in Leisureplanet’s full visual format and available for on-line booking through all Leisureplanet shop fronts around the world, as well as on co-branded versions of Leisureplanet’s websites. Each hotel will be included in Leisureplanet’s enhanced listing, featuring a minimum of 3 pictures per property and allowing customers to make informed decisions when booking.

‘The agreement with TOP International Hotels strengthens one of Leisureplanet’s key assets - our contractual relationship with hotel partners, and represents a valuable addition to the content we offer consumers’ said Pierre Kleinhans chief executive officer of Leisureplanet. ‘The decision by TOP International Hotels to choose Leisureplanet as an Internet distribution partner is another important milestone in Leisureplanet’s objective to deliver to our customers the ultimate leisure travel experience’.

‘TOP International Hotels has a commitment to continue to add value to our membership. Our relationship with Leisureplanet complements this strategy offering us great strength in Internet distribution and marketing.’ said Silvia A. Mayer, Public Relations Manager for Top International Hotels GmbH.

The agreement brings the total number of hotels with pictorial availability and on-line booking capabilities through Leisureplanet to over 18,000, giving visitors to any of the Leisureplanet shop fronts a vast range of hotel choice worldwide.
