Wayport`s eSales Team acts as an on-site extension of the hotels` sales
and conference teams to fully support high-speed connectivity in meeting
rooms, including initial and ongoing training of hotel staff, collaborative
sales initiatives to drive meeting business, attending site surveys with the
hotels` clients, and technical expertise.

For example, when the well-known conference hotel, the Wyndham Palace
Resort & Spa in the WALT DISNEY WORLD(R) Resort, began utilizing Wayport`s
eSales Team earlier this year, meeting room connections at the property nearly
tripled in a single quarter and have continued increasing exponentially since.
Overwhelmed by the boost in meeting bookings, increased meeting planner
satisfaction and the seamless integration of the on-site Wayport eSales Team
member with the hotel staff, the Wyndham Palace has made the eSales team
member a permanent fixture.
