Royal Park Hotels Launch Multi-Lingual MICROS Solution

MICROS Systems, Inc.,
a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, announced that Royal Park Hotels launched MICROS`s new multi-lingual OPERA Enterprise Solution.

The OPERA Enterprise Solution includes an integrated OPERA Central Reservation System (OCRS) and OPERA Customer Information System (OCIS), in addition to MICROS-Fidelio Property Management Systems (PMS) and MICROS Point of Sale (POS) for its group of hotels.

“By introducing the system, Royal Park Hotels will be able to open a central reservations office utilizing the most advanced bi-lingual software on the market,” said Yutaka Nakamura, president of Royal Park Hotels. “Our selection process was a very detailed and extensive one.
