Lowry Hotel Orders 5 Star Audio Marketing Service

Greater Manchester`s only five-star hotel, renowned for its excellence in
customer satisfaction, has awarded a contract to Please Hold (UK) to
provide its on-hold audio messaging service.

One of Sir Rocco Forte`s Luxury Collection of Hotels, The Lowry Hotel has
chosen fellow Manchester company Please Hold (UK) to design and produce a
series of audio recordings about the hotel to play to callers whilst their
telephone calls are being transferred or placed on-hold.

Director of Marketing & Business Development at The Lowry Hotel, Murray
Thomson, says: “Please Hold (UK) has developed a series of messages to
reflect the Hotel`s image and reputation for excellence. The messages are a
valuable marketing tool as well as being informative and entertaining for
our callers.”

The audio messages detail the hotel`s riverside location, proximity to
