Priceline.com Hotel Sales up 35% for First Quarter

At a presentation at the
Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Symposium, priceline.com
Chief Financial Officer Robert Mylod reported that priceline.com`s
first-quarter-to-date hotel revenue increased approximately 35 percent over the
corresponding period in 2002.


The Company attributed part of the revenue increase to a new advertising
campaign that shows how consumers can use priceline.com`s Name Your Own Pricesm
hotel room service to purchase quality hotel accommodations at superior savings
compared to other leading online hotel reservation services.
