have announced the release of ImagInn Search, a new component to Ramesys` stable Linux/Unix based ImagInn property management system.

The ImagInn Search component offers properties using the ImagInn PMS the ability to create their own powerful CRM.

ImagInn Search is a Windows-based datamining tool that allows unlimited access to a property`s customer information. Exporting this information out of the ImagInn PMS, the data can be utilized by most Microsoft office products, including Word and Excel. Properties using ImagInn Search have the ability to extract data to use for mail merges, fax campaigns, frequent stay programs, guest pattern reports and occupancy statistics.

“ImagInn Search gives our 2,000 current ImagInn users access to their critical customer data. In today`s market, properties are looking for a way to get their name out to customers before their competition does. This is a way to help properties achieve this and in turn, more successfully market to their target audience,” said Andrew Sanders, Ramesys` Director of Sales and Marketing.
Ramesys will be showcasing ImagInn Search in booth 300 at the upcoming US Franchise Systems Conference and Trade Show (February 21-22, 2003) at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Ramesys` ImagInn system is the preferred property management system for US Franchise Systems (the franchisor of Microtel Inns, Hawthorn Suites and Best Inns & Suites).

Sanders added, “We are looking forward to showcasing our new module of ImagInn at the USFS show and we`re expecting very positive responses. ImagInn Search will offer properties the ability to not only market to customers while they are in-house, but also after they leave. This should put them one step ahead of their competitors.”
